In this session we will consider how to put ourselves personally into the narrative of Mt. Sinai and discover ways of connecting this moment of Revelation to the Torah in our own lives.

As we approach the darkest time of the year, this series provides us with an opportunity to cultivate our inner lights--awareness and love--and shine them more brightly into the world. This online course with Orot co-founder Sam Feinsmith will use Jewish text to ground discussion, reflection, journaling, pair-share, and mindfulness meditation to help us cultivate our inner light. No prior experience with text study or meditation required; only a desire to turn inward, engage in introspection and self-reflection, and bring more light to the world.
